We accept returns only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items received.

Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, and meat cannot be returned once delivered unless thereβs a quality issue.

The item must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with a clear photo of the issue.

Once your return request is approved, a refund or replacement will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 3β7 business days to your original payment method.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

Partial refunds may be issued if only part of your order is damaged or missing.

Orders can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched.

Once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.

For prepaid orders cancelled in time, a full refund will be processed within 3β5 working days.
